U.S. is ready for high-level talks with China, American ambassador says

U.S. Ambassador to China Nicholas Burns said despite a complicated relationship between the two countries, more dialogue is needed. NBC News’ Dan De Luce reports that the two sides will work around the mistrust and what’s at stake if deeper communication isn’t established.
